Board positions available

Your local AYSO region needs your help!  As a youth sports organization that operates with 100% volunteers, we are always looking for people to help run our region.  Like all community organizations, we depend on everyone pitching in to do their part in providing your child with the best sports experience they can have during the season.  These efforts wouldn't be possible without the involvement of our volunteers and board members.  As a board member, your role will help shape the soccer experience not only for your child, but all of the kids who play soccer in our region and for seasons to come.  If you are interested, please inquire with our regional commissioner, Andrea Aguilar, by sending her an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Registration Fall 2016


National AYSO is now requiring an eSignature, which means you have to pre-register your child with an online application through beforehand.  You will still need to print out the completed form and make your payment at any of our registration events to complete your registration with our region for the fall season.  PRINT OUT 3 COPIES of the completed form and bring it with you to one of our registration events.  If your child is a new player to AYSO, you must also bring his/her birth certificate to our registration event. Registration Dates


Wednesday, April 6th from 6pm-8pm ($90/player)
Saturday, April 16th from 9am-2pm ($90/player)
Wednesday, May 4th from 6pm-8pm ($95/player)
Saturday, May 14th from 9am-2pm ($95/player)
Wednesday, June 1st from 6pm-9pm ($100/player)
Saturday, June 18th from 9am-2pm ($100/player)
After June 18th it will be $110/player

Registration Fees

$90 per player if you register on April 6th and April 16th.
$95 per player if you register on May 4th and May 14th.
$100 per player if you register on June 1st and June 18th.

Any registered players after June 18th will pay the rate of $110 per player, based on space availability within their division. 

A $5 per registered sibling discount applies for each registered player after the first registered player.  We are accepting check, credit cards and cash (in exact amount) ONLY.

Registration includes uniform, base picture package with group and individual portraits and accidental insurance.


Jamboree Program

The objective of this program is to provide young players and their parents with a "pressure free" introduction to the beautiful and simple game of soccer. At this age, players should be exposed to soccer by playing simple, fun activities and games that require little to no practice, and a minimal time commitment.

This program allows players to discover the game for themselves, while parents are given a soccer foundation on which to build and grow into future AYSO coaches, referees and administrators.

The AYSO Jamboree (4-year-olds) is not to be considered a coaching program. It is a program that is designed to be facilitated by a qualified AYSO Master Coach.

If you have a 4-year-old and are interested in the Jamboree program, please contact our Master Coach, Zeke Paletta.

Registration fee for the Jamboree program is $50 per player.


VIP (Special Needs Children & Adults) Registration - $50

Registration is open for children who turn 4-18 as of July 31, 2016.

The season will start after the Labor Day holiday with the intention of having the season and Regional tournament completed before Thanksgiving. The season will start on September 17, 2016.

Volunteer coaches are needed. Without coaches we're unable to form teams and your child may not have the opportunity to play. Training, certification and coaching equipment is provided for free. Please email the Regional Coach Administrator for more information or to sign up. Thank you.

Friday August 12th (Classroom Portion)

Check-in begins at 5:15pm in the A.Y.S.O Trailer (behind tennis courts)

Class hours @ 6:15pm-10:00pm

Saturday August 13th (Field Session)

Hours: 8:00am- 5:00pm

Sunday August 14th (Field Session)

Hours: 8:00am- 1:00pm

Dinner Provided on Friday 12th and lunches on Saturday and Sunday

Prerequisites: U12 Coaches Course, one year in grade to be eligible to register.


All participants will bring a soccer ball, cleats or non-slip shoes, shin guards and will be asked to be involved in drills and demonstrations in this course.

Cost: Early Bird $65.00. After August 2nd $75.00.

Bid to National Games

In Region 137 we have been lucky to receive an invitation in the U12 Girls division to the AYSO National Games this summer. National Games happen every other year in different parts of the United States. Our U12 Girls have accepted the invitation to go to the National Games and are now actively fundraising and looking for Sponsors to cover the cost. Teams are chosen by a random draw and regions can either accept or decline the offer to go to the National Games. Lottery draws started last July 4th until all spots are filled. Region 137 last sent a team to the National Games in Chicago over 10 years ago. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for these girls.

The National Games is a week-long festival of soccer competition, making new friends and fun in the sun and will be taking place from July 5-10, 2016. Palm Beach County previously hosted the Games in 2010. They will again be played on the grounds of the International Polo Club Palm Beach in West Palm Beach, one of the world’s great sporting facilities. Players will also experience a one-day Soccerfest tournament, player parties and the opportunity to experience all that Florida has to offer. Attending the National Games is sure to be an amazing experience!

Click on the link below to get the PDF version of this season's schedule.  It is your team's responsibility to make sure the shift assigned to your team is filled.  These shifts are mandatory and fulfill the season's volunteer hour requirements, which will gain your team access to the end of the season carnival when met.

AYSO Region 137 Carnival

Every AYSO team that earns their required referee points and volunteer hours this season will receive free admission wristbands to the end of the season carnival for every player!

* Entertainment
* Food
* Friends

Here are the requirements for each division:

U6 through U8 divisions must meet the following:
* Provide referee for each designated "Home" game
* Fill 1 assigned Tent Assistant shift
* Fill 4 assigned Field Monitor shifts

U10 through U12 divisions must meet the following:
* 20 referee points
* Fill 1 assigned Tent Assistant shift
* Fill 4 assigned Field Monitor shifts

U14 and above divisions must meet the following:
* 20 referee points
* Fill 1 assigned Tent Assistant shift
* Fill 3 assigned Field Monitor shifts

**NOTE: Referee point requirements are for the carnival. U10 and up divisions still must complete 30 referee points in order to be eligible to move on to Area Tournaments.

Admission to the carnival is free for each player on qualifying teams.  Players from qualifying teams will also receive 1 ticket for the player and 3 guest tickets.  They will also be given the option to purchase additional tickets for family members.  Only teams that meet the referee and volunteer requirements will be admitted to the carnival. You may not buy your way into this event.
