Registration details for Fall 2010 season.

Registration Fees

Unfortunately we must increase the fees again due to rising costs and poor fund-raising results.   Our fund-raising income has gone down significantly over the past few years and we find ourselves competing with many other groups.  The management headaches and the lack of  volunteers to actively fund-raise have become a bigger problem than the income achieved.  So we are dropping our fund-raising efforts.  That means that we have to raise the registration fee.

We are not providing balls this year.  However, we are including the base picture package with the registration.  Every registered child will receive a picture package including group and individual portraits.

Sibling discounts of $5 per registered child are still available.

Early Registration                   $90
Registration after June 19      $105

Ages

Registration is open for children 4-18 as of July 31, 2010.

Saturday  May 22, 2010   9 am - 1 pm 
Saturday  June 5, 2010   9 am - 1 pm
Wednesday  June 16, 2010  6 pm - 8 pm
Saturday  June 19, 2010  9 am - 1 pm

Location

All registrations will be done at the AYSO trailer at Valley Wide behind the tennis courts.

Online Preregistration

You can help us reduce lines and your waiting time by pre-registering at www.eayso.org.  Please print out 2 of the completed registration forms and bring them to one of the registration dates above so that we can complete your registration.  Registering online by itself will not complete your registration and will not guarantee placement on a team. You must complete the registration on-site. However you will speed up the process.

Season

The season will start earlier this year with the intention of having the season and Regional tournament completed before Thanksgiving.  The season will start on August 21.

Refund Policy

* No refund requests will be honored after season start date of August 21, 2010.
* No refunds will be paid until October 31, 2010.
* A $20 service fee will be accessed on all refunds.
* A $35 refund will be made if the player has attended practice but not received a uniform or, received a uniform but returns it unused in its entirety.
* Parents in the event you need to withdraw your child from soccer, please download the drop form and give it to your coach.  Click here for Drop Form.
