Schedules are now available online. Please note that things are still changing frequently and it is hard to keep our records up to date. So many teams are listed without coaches names and no team names are currently available.
Another thing to note. We have changed the layout of the fields to try and minimize confusion. However, we were not able to do this before the schedules were made up and distributed. So the field numbers on the schedules that were passed out will be changing. The newly posted schedules online have the corrected fields numbers. A few other notable items. Valley Wide asked us not to use the fields on Sat 9/11/2010. To accomodate we have had be creative with the scheduling. If you have a U10 team please note that you will have one 5:00 pm evening game early in the season. Divisions U12 and U14, fields designated with N1 or N2, will be played in Nuevo (please see the website for directions to the fields). Divisions U6 & U8 will play their last game on November 6. Divisions U10 and up will have their final season game on October 30 (with just a few exceptions). The Regional tournament will be conducted on the first 3 weekends of November.

ATTENTION!! ATTENTION!!
Unfortunately scheduling is not a simple process and as a first timer I have made some mistakes. I apologize in advance if this causes any grief but regretfully it must be done.
As of 9/24/2009 ...
If you had a game postponed the first week of the season, your game has been rescheduled. Please review your schedule.
If you are U12B or U12G, you might have a schedule change, especially if you had a BYE game. Please review your schedule.
There have also been a few other schedule changes made because of errors. Please review your online schedule to make sure there are no changes. If your schedule has been changed your division director should be contacting you directly.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

There are a few constraints that should be met for practice scheduling.
| Division |
practice sessions not to exceed |
| U6/U8 |
1 hour twice a week |
| U10/U12 |
1 1/2 hours twice a week |
| U14/U16/U19 |
2 hours twice a week |
We thank you for your participation in making this region successful.
For those not coaching... Many of our volunteers are coaching because they can decide when and where practices occur. Please keep in mind, your child's coach is a volunteer and is giving freely of their time for the benefit of their child as well as yours. Every year we receive many grievances from parents about the inability to comply with the coach's practice schedule. As busy parents we can sympathize with your plight, however, we affirm the coach's right to set practice schedules.
We can offer a possilbe solution for next year... Become a coach! See you on the fields. |

Every year, many hours are spent balancing teams in order to uphold one of the basic tenets of the AYSO philosophy. Each region in AYSO must implement a program for balancing teams. There are a variety of ways to accomplish this, all of which evaluate each individual player's abilities, and form teams with an overall, approximately equal rating. Each team should then be comprised of similar, if not equal, numbers of all levels of players and experience.
